Use the automatic Deed-Writer to automatically create a deed or legal description for you. Simply click on a lot in your drawing and the legal description is automatically created!
Next, use the built-in word processor to add the finishing touches and save it to disk, print it out on your printer, or paste it into Word or WordPerfect.
The Deed-Writer uses the same technology as our popular Legal-Aid legal description writer that runs inside of AutoCAD.

Step 1
In Subdivide, click on the "Create a deed" command on the Tools menu. Then click on the lot from which you want to create a deed. |

Step 2
Deed-Writer pops up and creates the basic deed. Now format the text and make any final additions or modifications to the deed.

Now print or save the deed. Or, copy and paste it back into Subdivide, AutoCAD, or another word processor such as Microsoft Word. |
