Deed-Chek includes additional tools to calculate intersections, check for overlaps, and divide lines and arcs.

Overlapping areas
Overlapping areas are easily calculated with just a few mouse clicks. Simply select both of the parcels you wish to check with the mouse. The area of overlap is then calculated and outlined with a heavy border, and the overlap and remainder areas are displayed on the screen.

Intersections
Intersection routines include bearing-bearing, bearing-distance, distance and offset intersections. 

Divide A Large Parcel Into Smaller Lots
This animated example shows how a large piece of land can easily be divided into smaller parcels.
