The text is loaded from a text file, or you can copy and paste it directly from your word processor.

The Deed-Reader analyzes the deed and breaks it down into its individual legs for your review. If it is not sure of the intent of a leg, it will mark it with an asterisk. Unknown text is marked with a question mark. Simply double-click a leg to review it and resolve any issues.
