Deed-Chek can plot standard sectional breakdown entries (aliquot parts). No need to learn any special codes or shorthand, simply type it in just as it appears in the deed. For instance, "The East 300 feet of the Northeast. 1/4 of the S.E. 1/4 of section 12....".
Deed-Chek can draw just the parcel, or the entire breakdown of the section.
Corner points can be created in the same manner and then used to tie-in related parcels.... "The Northeast corner of the East 300 feet of the S.E. quarter of section 17....".

The township and range is optional however if you include it, then you can enter several different parcels and they will plot correctly in relation to each other.
